Excellent Service
Laurie Labrie, a satisfied customer, gave a 5-star rating for the snow plowing service. They appreciated the timely manner in which their lot was always ploughed, demonstrating a high level of satisfaction with the service provided.
Disappointing Experience
Buck Lawson, however, had a less than satisfactory experience, rating the service with 2 stars. They experienced difficulty in getting a response to their calls and, when they finally managed to get through, they never received an estimate as promised. This lack of communication and follow-up left them questioning the reliability of the after-sales service.
