I got offered a reasonable price for my vehicle which i was happy about and didnt have to trade it in or purchase another. When im in the market for an SUV this will be the first place i shop at. Kris helped me out with the process. I 100% recommend this dealership if youre in the market for a used car!
• I have had such a great experience at Progressive. Just purchased my second vehicle through them and Pat went out of his way to find the right car for me. He literally called me when it came of the truck because he KNEW what I was looking for. He got my interest lowered and then Justin went the extra mile in securing an even lower interest rate for me last minute. HIGHLY recomend Pat!
• They did alright last oil change an most recent one two days ago. Got tires rotated this time, car came out with tire pressure light on, and missing air cap for tire

• Steve was sales ok not to enthusiastic. Bob was great very friendly knowledgeable worked with me well the girl at the front desk was rude and the comments are unacceptable almost wanted to go somewhere else dye to you Bob saved the sale. if you want repeat customer follow bobs lead. will update later still have to go back one more time. the biggest problem is don't judge a book by it's cover. today I have had to take my viechle in to have something's fixed today July 9/21. the lady at front desk was very helpful and polite thank you. this time there was no judgement and it was a very good visit so far. I went to the service and the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and informative. will update when I get my truck back.

• I heard good feedback about Patrick at Progressive so i applied. we unfortunately could not make the time work to speak for about a week and i called today, he was off (no problem) but they passed me on to Bob and he was rude and not welcoming for a new customer. I will look else where for a vehicle.

• I have now purchased multiple vehicles thru Progressive. My most recent purchase was a fluke dive of a car, not only have they fixed every issue that arose without fight they finally offered me a new vehicle. without major penalties! I cannot rave enough about about their outstanding customer service. Justin Campbell is the Sales Guy that's fought so hard to keep me happy. If you're looking for someone who will ACTUALLY work for YOU, he's your guy! Thanks again guys! Side note- y'all seriously need to work on your service department it's a joke! Thank goodness my car has dealer warranty.
• Very welcoming and not overbearing with the sales pitches. My husband and I perused the lot, found a few cars of interest, gave the list to a gentleman by the name of Steve. We test drove the cars and decided on one we really liked, and we were able to take it home within a week. The whole process was painless and actually quite enjoyable. They were friendly and wonderful to deal with. A big thank you to the Progressive team!
