Unreliable Service
Many customers have reported issues with Surveillance Shop's reliability. One customer, Cody O., placed a service call to get their surveillance system serviced, but the company failed to follow up, leaving the customer to place multiple calls to get their system working again. The customer was told that they would receive a callback, but no call was ever made.
Quality of Installation
On the other hand, Ray A.'s experience with Surveillance Shop was generally positive. He initially chose Spy City to install a security system for his small business, but was unhappy with the poor installation job. Surveillance Shop was able to come in and replace the system, providing a high-quality installation that met Ray's needs. The system even helped catch a thief and proved to be effective in monitoring Ray's employees.
However, Ray did experience some issues with the company's follow-up service. When he had a minor problem with his system due to a power outage, he was unable to get in touch with anyone from Surveillance Shop. Despite leaving messages for days, no one returned his calls.
