At Fresh Prints, we are a custom screen printing shop located in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia. With over 15 years of experience in printing and graphic design, we strive to deliver high-quality screen prints that meet the needs of our clients. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, from custom screen printing to embroidery and promotional products. Our experienced team uses state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to produce high-quality prints that meet the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with a variety of brands and styles, from basic to boutique lines, to corporate apparel and promotional items.

Our Process

We take pride in our hand-screen printing process, where each and every shirt is printed by hand with care and attention to detail. We use plastisol inks, the industry standard, and take the time to ensure the highest possible quality control. Our process involves separating the artwork into its component colours, applying the art to the screens, and then printing the shirt one colour at a time until the image is complete. Finally, we dry the shirt through our conveyor belt heat dryer to ensure a high-quality finish.

Turnaround Time

We understand the importance of timely delivery, which is why we strive to meet our standard turnaround time of 10 business days (2 weeks). However, please note that due to high volumes, our turnaround time may be 3 to 4 weeks as of Spring 2023. We are also happy to accommodate rush orders and will do our best to meet your specific needs. Please note that a small rush fee may apply to expedite your order.

Product Options

We work with several major suppliers and manufacturers to offer a wide variety of products, from basic to boutique lines, to corporate apparel and promotional items. If you have a specific product in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pricing and Discounts

We understand that every client has a different budget. To accommodate this, we offer a 5% "Pre-Pay Discount" for clients who prepay for their order. We also offer a 10% discount for non-profit organizations.

Artwork and Graphics

We welcome clients to provide their own artwork, but we also offer graphic design services for an additional fee. If your artwork is not ready for print, we charge a flat fee of $40 per hour to prepare it. We prefer artwork in EPS, PSD, AI, or PDF format and can advise clients on the suitability of their artwork.

Minimum Order Size

We have no minimum order size, so whether you need one shirt or 100, we can accommodate your needs.

Shipping

We have shipped custom orders all over the world, so don't hesitate to contact us if you are not in Halifax. Our regular turnaround times apply, but DO NOT include shipping time, which depends on the shipping option you choose.
