Mediation and Arbitration Services

Todd Jenney Family Law is committed to helping clients resolve their family law issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a mediator, Todd Jenney's role is to assist the parties in reaching a settlement containing reasonable terms that are acceptable to both sides. As an arbitrator, he carefully considers the evidence and arguments before rendering a prompt and detailed decision.

Initial counsel conferences and party intake meetings are held via Zoom video-conference, ensuring that clients can access the services they need from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Mediation sessions and arbitration hearings may be held via Zoom videoconference or in-person if all parties and counsel agree.

The mediation process is straightforward, beginning with a brief Zoom videoconference between the mediator and counsel to narrow the focus to the issues that are most important to the parties. Following this, the parties provide the mediator with their completed Intake Forms and respective retainer payments via email. Each party then schedules their individual intake screening sessions with the mediator via Zoom. The mediator will draft the necessary Agreement (Mediation, Arbitration, or Hybrid) following the intake screening sessions, and mediation sessions or arbitration hearings will be scheduled accordingly.
