Dancap Family Investment Office is a Single Family Office based out of Toronto, Canada, that manages the investment portfolio for Aubrey Dan. Founded in the year 2000, our office is dedicated to building and actively managing a globally diversified investment portfolio that can withstand various market cycles with a long-term point of view that is intergenerational.

Our Investment Philosophy

As a Single Family Office, we have the flexibility to invest in both alternative and traditional asset classes. Our dynamic strategic asset allocation allows our portfolio to maximize returns, while managing downside risk and maintaining sufficient liquidity. Our investment portfolio is globally diversified, with a primary focus on opportunities in the United States. We review hundreds of potential deals each year, while closely monitoring all of our investments.

Our Investment Portfolio

Our investment portfolio is globally diversified with over 50 specialized asset managers, in excess of 120 funds that has over 1,100 underlying portfolio companies. We invest in opportunities across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Hedge Funds, and Public Equities. Through our investment portfolio, we aim to provide long-term growth and stability, while maintaining a strong focus on social responsibility.

Our Team

Our Investment Team has over seventy years of collective experience in the investment industry. Our team includes experienced professionals with expertise in portfolio asset strategies including private equity, real estate, private debt, hedge funds, and public equities. We work closely with our third-party investment managers to ensure that our investments align with our investment philosophy and goals.
