Our Legacy
From humble beginnings, our pharmacy has grown into the local leader for medical products and healthcare advice in Lethbridge. Stokes Drugs was founded in 1918 by Ernie Stokes, and since then, three generations of Stokes pharmacists owned and operated Stokes Pharmacy. Today, Evelyn and Zak Murakami, both pharmacists, own Stokes Pharmacy and maintain the local personal pharmacy care established by the Stokes family.

Ordering and Shipping Issues
Several reviewers experienced issues with ordering and shipping. Robert Brockway's order was messed up, and his dog's vital meds were delayed. Bryn Smith's order was delayed due to compounding, and Astra Kalodukas did not receive an emailed receipt as requested. Anthony Henrie's order was not placed due to computer updates, causing a delay.
Customer Service
Customer service was a mixed bag. Morgan Morris, Bryn Smith, and Marion Greene had positive experiences with friendly and welcoming staff. Louis at the front desk was particularly helpful. On the other hand, Robert Brockway, Carolyn W., and John P. Dulczak had negative experiences, with staff being rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful.
Pricing and Value
Some reviewers felt that Stokes Pharmacy was overpriced compared to other options. Darlene Maloney mentioned that Wedgewood and Akina offered similar services at half the price. Kevin Duffy, on the other hand, appreciated the professional staff and did not mention pricing as an issue.
