Unprofessionalism and Poor Service
Wuis Bros is plagued by unprofessional behavior and poor service, as evidenced by two scathing reviews from disappointed customers.
Lack of Accountability
One reviewer, Jason Maurice, had a nightmare experience with Wuis Bros when they failed to provide a receipt for a cash payment of $1200, which was essential for his business expenses. Despite repeated requests, the company failed to provide the receipt, citing that they don't give receipts for cash payments. The operator was also uncooperative and rude, leading to a frustrating experience for the customer.
Unreliable and Unprofessional Communication
Another reviewer, Alternative Creations, had a similar experience with Wuis Bros. They were initially interested in getting a quote for basement walls, but after months of waiting, they were told that prices were going up in March and that their original quote request was never received. The co-founder, Denise, was unprofessional and rude in her communication, stating that she wasn't interested in their business and that they were too busy.
