1972 Santino Caringi purchased Marlytex, a dry good store at Oakwood and Rogers. Benny Caringi and a friend started a division called Sun-Brite Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning Ltd.
1983 1989 Moved to Woodbridge, On. Purchased "Art Drapery" which catered to decorators and designers, and they expanded again on Strada Drive in Woodbridge.
1990 1994 We're moving! We had found our new office at 7695 Jane Street. Joined The Building Industry and Land Development Association.
2003 2004 Restructure company to cater to Builder and Designers. Hats On was born.
2008 2008 The Annual Christmas. Party begins! Hats On first gala.
2009 2012 BILD Manufacturer / Supplier of the Year. Became BILD Board Member.
2014 2014 Vaughan Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award BILD Manufacturer / Supplier of the Year.
2014 2015 Stephen Dupuis Community Building Award BILD Manufacturer / Supplier of the Year.
2015 2018 10 years Anniversary Hats On for Awareness.
