MB Ford Construction Ltd. offers a wide range of services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a general contractor, we evaluate projects and undertake construction work for a fixed lump sum price. We have a longstanding reputation with industry-leading subtrades, which allows us to provide economical bids while meeting the client's requirements for quality and schedule.

In addition to general contracting, we also provide construction management services. As a construction manager, we act as part of the integrated construction management team, working closely with the owner, architects, and engineers from the initial planning stage to the final completion of the project. Our commitment to our project delivery model is the primary reason for our repetitive client base. We partner with our clients and the design consultant team to develop cost savings within the initial capital investment and operational budgets through valued engineering strategies.

As project developers, we represent the project owner as the team lead and coordinate the activities of all the resources assigned to the project, including the designated design and construction teams. Our extensive experience provides a seamless, cost-effective approach to deliver the project on time, reaching critical milestones throughout the life cycle of the project, from project conception through to completion.

Project Portfolio

At MB Ford Construction Ltd., we have a proven track record of delivering successful projects. One of our notable projects includes the construction of a new building for Elite BMW, which consisted of a showroom, service center, and administrative offices totaling approximately 39,300 square feet. We implemented the project under a Construction Management contract, including the selection and management of the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Civil design consultants. Our team was involved prior to consultant engagement and through site plan development.

Another significant project we undertook was the construction of office space for Canadian Red Cross under a Construction Management contract. We assisted with the design and carried out the construction of approximately 36,000 Sq. Ft. of office space, which included a number of current design elements, a mix of moderate to high-end finishes, and a complete refit of the major base building.
