Care and Concern
One reviewer, IElisabeth Wilson, had a devastating experience with the clinic. She claims that they were negligent and caused the death of her cat during a neutering procedure. Furthermore, she was turned away when she brought in her dog with porcupine quills in its face due to a lack of appointments. This experience left her with a terrible impression of the clinic.
Accommodating and Fabulous
On the other hand, Deanne Dolk had a positive experience with the clinic. She praised the staff for always trying to accommodate requests and being fabulous with the animals.
