Our History
Almost 50 years ago, Irwin Homes began as Irwin Construction, founded by Irwin Koop. Irv started as a framer, then led his own framing crew and eventually decided to strike out on his own as a custom builder. Over time, the business grew, and Irv was joined by his son Andrew, who eventually took over the reins with his wife Krista. Now in our third generation, with a dozen employees, we still consider ourselves a "family" business.
