Our Story

At Great Lakes Greenhouses, we've been cultivating high-quality food for future generations since 1983. Our journey began with a modest five-acre plot in Leamington, Ontario, and has since grown into one of the largest cucumber growers in North America. As a family-run business, we've remained committed to innovation, quality, and a passion for growing the best produce for our customers.

Our Products

We take pride in our extensive range of fresh and healthy produce, including:

  • Cucumbers: Crunchy, hydrating, and great tasting, our certified Non-GMO cucumbers make for a refreshing and healthy addition to all of your salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.
  • Peppers: Sweet with a burst of color and nutrients in every bite, our organic bell peppers are firm in texture and bring a sweet spin to your plate whether used in stir-fries or salads, and they're also excellent for stuffing and roasting.
  • Eggplant: Vibrant, rich, and nutrient-packed; a perfect addition to any recipe. Our organic mini eggplants pack a smooth and rich taste, making them a versatile and flavourful ingredient in meals.
  • Tomatoes: Optimised ripening for premium firmness and exceptional taste. Our organic tomatoes when left on the vine can ripen to perfection, making them a vibrant red in profile and sweeter in taste.

Our Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

At Great Lakes Greenhouses, we're dedicated to providing the highest quality produce while prioritizing sustainability. We're proud to be:

  • Proudly Non-GMO Project Certified, with 100% of our produce certified Non-GMO.
