At Sturgeon Valley Golf and Country Club, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional golfing experience, combined with unparalleled amenities and a strong sense of community. Our semi-private course, located in Sturgeon County, just a short drive from St. Albert and Edmonton, has been a preferred destination for golf enthusiasts for over 60 years.

Our History

Since its inception in 1960, our championship course has undergone significant transformations, while maintaining its thoughtful architecture. Designed by Bill Robinson, our 18-hole, par 72 course spans 220 acres, offering unique challenges and breathtaking scenery. Over the years, we have continued to evolve, expanding our services to cater to the diverse needs of our members and guests.

Our Services

As a full-service golf and country club, we offer a wide range of amenities and services. Our golf course is meticulously maintained, providing a challenging and enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. In addition to our course, we feature a state-of-the-art Golf Performance Center, complete with a golf simulator, as well as a fully-stocked retail sales shop, offering the latest golfing equipment and apparel.

We also offer a variety of instruction programs, including private lessons, group programs, and junior golf camps, taught by our experienced and certified instructors. Our Valley Lounge and Patio provide the perfect setting for relaxation and socialization, serving up exquisite cuisine and refreshing beverages.

Our 18-hole, par 72 course measures 6,444 yards from the back tees, featuring strategically placed bunkers, water hazards, and undulating greens. Our course is designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros.
