Excellent Customer Service
Several reviewers praised the exceptional customer service provided by Thoms Flowers. For instance, Nicole was impressed with the ladies at Thoms who went above and beyond to deliver an angel to her mother-in-law's hospital room, even after it was accidentally missed from the original order. Mark Romanish was also appreciative of the staff's efforts to accommodate his special request for an extra item to be added to a flower order for a funeral. Michelle Bresson had a similar positive experience, with Thoms going above and beyond to deliver flowers on time despite COVID restrictions.
Mixed Experiences with Flower Arrangements
While some reviewers raved about the quality of their flower arrangements, others were disappointed. Sandie Milley was unhappy because her ordered arrangement was not delivered as requested, and Jj Chiasson's order was never processed. Nicole Lyle Langille received a bouquet that did not match her online order, and some of the flowers were even dead.
