Service Issues
Some customers have expressed frustration with the service they received from Rainbow Concrete. Marian Tonks drove 2.5 hours to pick up a product, only to find out that it was not available. The staff could not locate the product on the lot, and Tonks had to be refunded. Shawn Hollis had a similar experience, saying that the equipment is broken and the owner, Boris, is unhelpful.

Location Issues
Some customers have mentioned issues with specific locations. Amber Reed had a bad experience with the Sudbury location, saying that the staff were rude and unhelpful. Jojo Paquette also had a poor experience with the same location, saying that the saleslady was unfriendly and unenthusiastic.
