Our Story: Custom, Unique Design Since '99

Newsun Design is a well-established graphic design and signage studio located in The Blue Mountains, Ontario. Founded in 1998 by Eric Neumann and Tina Gibson, Newsun Design has built a strong reputation for delivering unique and custom design solutions to a diverse clientele. With a combined experience spanning various art director positions and freelance projects in British Columbia and Ontario, our team is well-versed in a wide range of graphic design disciplines.

At Newsun Design, we believe that collaboration is key to achieving successful design outcomes. As a small studio, we offer the advantage of flexibility, short turnaround times, and personalized service. Our team is dedicated to keeping our clients happy and creating designs that not only meet but exceed their expectations.

Eric, our co-founder and lead designer, holds an honours degree in Graphic Design from Georgian College (Barrie) and brings a wealth of experience to the table. He oversees client meetings, designs, prepares digital print jobs for pre-press, and manufactures commercial and residential signage. In his spare time, Eric enjoys coaching, playing guitar, skiing, biking, cooking and spending quality time with his family.

Tina, our co-founder and designer, graduated from Sheridan College (Oakville campus) and has worked on a variety of freelance projects in British Columbia and Ontario. She excels in concept development, logo design, scripting taglines, and constructing signage. In her downtime, Tina enjoys socializing with family and friends, running, cooking, and reading.

Our team is rounded out by Phil, a junior designer with a passion for creative innovation, and Marg, our overly excited head greeter. Together, we make up a dynamic and dedicated design team that is committed to achieving your branding goals.
