Learner Driver Programs

Service Issues
Some customers have expressed disappointment with the service provided by MP Driving School. Matt Robinson, who gave the school 1 star, reported that the in-car instructor failed to contact him and the other new drivers he signed up, leading to a 7-month delay in receiving their in-car lessons. Many texts were ignored, and the front office was unable to provide answers or schedule additional lessons.
Instructor Quality
On the other hand, many customers praised the instructors at MP Driving School, particularly Ishraq Rahman. Matt Garus, Ajeet Singh, Dezmond Shelly, Fernando McT, Kerone, Lana Thrones, and Ad Cl all gave the school 5 stars and credited Ishraq with providing excellent instruction. They praised his friendly and positive approach, ability to teach in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, and accommodation of their schedules.
Room for Improvement
Casey Michaud gave the school 4 stars and noted that the projector screen in the classroom was hard to see. However, they did report that Ishraq was an excellent instructor and helped them prepare for their road test.
