Disappointing Experience with Canadian Security Agency
Lack of Communication and Responsiveness
The reviewer, Ajay Kumar, had a horrible experience with Canadian Security Agency. Despite having a security license, the agency failed to provide adequate support, leaving him feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. He mentions that no one answers calls or messages, and they only seem interested in taking money without providing any substantial assistance.
Inefficient Document Handling
Ajay Kumar also had a terrible time trying to obtain necessary documents, such as first aid certification. The agency would ask him to come to their office to pick up the documents, only to change their tune when his friend went to collect them on his behalf. This lack of consistency and organization is unacceptable, especially considering the time and effort wasted.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy
The reviewer is adamant that the agency is completely useless and advises others not to apply through them. He feels that his time, as well as his friend's, was wasted due to the agency's inefficiencies.
