Our Services

We are proud to offer a variety of services that cater to the diverse needs of our community. Here is an overview of the programs and classes we offer:

• Recreational Classes: Our recreational classes are designed to introduce athletes to the fundamental skills and techniques of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. We offer classes for children as young as 1 year old, with age-appropriate curriculums that progress in difficulty as athletes gain experience and confidence. Our recreational classes include:

+ Superhero & Sidekick (Age 1 - 3)

+ Mini Hero (Age 3 - 4)

+ Mighty Hero (Age 5)

+ Hero Academy I (Age 6 - 12)

+ Hero Academy II (Age 6 - 12)

+ Hero Academy III (Age 6 - 12)

+ Hero Academy IV (Age 9 - 16)

+ Teen Titans (Age 13 - 17)

+ Jump Academy (Age 7 - 16)

• Competitive Teams: For athletes who are ready to take their skills to the next level, we offer competitive teams in Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), and Trampoline (TG). Our competitive teams are designed for athletes who are committed to training several hours per week and who are ready to compete at local, provincial, and national levels.
• Events & Competitions: We host a variety of events and competitions throughout the year, including day camps, summer camps, drop-in classes, birthday parties, and more. We also host competitive events for our competitive teams, including Easterns 2024 and various competitions.
• Coach Development: We are committed to developing the next generation of gymnastics coaches. We offer coach development programs for aspiring coaches, including training and mentorship opportunities.
• Employment Opportunities: We offer a variety of employment opportunities for individuals who are passionate about gymnastics and working with children. Our staff includes experienced and certified gymnastics coaches, administrative staff, and more.
