St. John's Minor Hockey Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the development of young hockey players in the City of St. John's. We partner with the Avalon Minor Hockey Association to provide a competitive and inclusive environment for boys and girls to learn and excel in the sport.

Our Mission

Our mission is to:

• Provide accessible and inclusive minor hockey programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop young hockey players through comprehensive coaching, skill development, and game play.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect in the game of hockey.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for players, families, and volunteers.

What We Offer

St. John's Minor Hockey Association offers a comprehensive program for players U6 through U18, including:

• Instructional and competitive leagues for various age groups and skill levels.
• Development programs focusing on skills such as skating, stickhandling, and shooting.
• Experienced and qualified coaches who are passionate about youth hockey.
• Competitive play in the Avalon Minor Hockey Association league.
