Our Story
With a rich history dating back to 1989, our practice has evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of our community. Martin Kastelein, our founder, started his notary practice after selling his family's insurance business in New Westminster. For over 34 years, he offered notary services to the community, building a reputation for trust, expertise, and commitment to excellence. In 2019, Martin expanded his team, and in 2020, he renamed the practice New Westminster Notary Public to honour the community he has served for so many years. In 2023, Martin transitioned the notary practice to Angie Brar and rebranded as NW Notaries + Lawyers, further expanding our services to include legal counsel.
