About Molly Xia

Molly (Wei Ling) Xia is a licensed Notary Public with extensive knowledge in real estate documentation, including the subdivision and stratification of real property. With a master's degree in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University and a background in engineering from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping in China, Molly is fluent in English, Mandarin, and understands Cantonese. Her practice carries with it the values entrusted upon her by the Society of Notaries Public of B.C.
