Several reviewers, including Joseph Aguilar, Xining Chong, Ali Manavi, Bernd Bohl, Mark Avrum Drutz, and Steve L., have commended the security company for providing excellent service, citing their courtesy, efficiency, and ability to resolve issues promptly. They have also highlighted the professionalism and expertise of their guards, including Harry, who was able to resolve a difficult situation with squatters.
Concerns and Issues
However, not all reviews have been positive. Some customers have expressed concerns and dissatisfaction with Eureka Security's services. Umust Benuts, for instance, had a negative experience with a security guard who confronted a thief without calling 911, and another incident where the same guard failed to notice a break-in. Darryl R. Taylor reported an incident where a guard was abrupt and confrontational, and Some Stuff mentioned an experience where they had to report a police incident due to a Eureka Security guard's rude and harmful speech. Oliver Maciejczyk was extremely dissatisfied with the company, citing the unprofessionalism of their guards, including wearing light blue jeans while on duty, not responding to noise complaints, and not being present during emergencies.
