Our clinic was established in 2008, following the closure of Crossroads Medical Clinic, with the goal of maintaining the health and well-being of our patients and providing them with the best possible care.
Our dedicated team of doctors, led by our Medical Director Dr. Ursula Luitingh, work in partnership with our patients to meet their healthcare needs in an effective, efficient, and friendly manner. Practice and Attitude
The reviews provided express dissatisfaction with the service provided by a doctor's office. Cathy Kightley, a new mother, was disappointed with the care her newborn baby received. She felt that the doctor was not attentive to her baby's needs, seeing them only once before telling her to return in six weeks. This was not in line with her expectations, as she believes newborn babies should be seen weekly for the first six weeks. She felt abandoned by the doctor's office and was relieved to have found a new general practitioner.
On the other hand, Grant Davis, another patient, had a very positive experience at the same office. He praised the medical practitioners as being the best around, with great staff who were friendly and helpful.
Lack of Attention and Follow-up
Cathy Kightley's review highlights the importance of regular check-ups for newborn babies. She felt that the doctor's office was not providing adequate care and attention to her baby, leaving her feeling disappointed and frustrated.
Exceptional Service
Grant Davis's review, on the other hand, highlights the exceptional service provided by the medical practitioners and staff at the office. His positive experience is a stark contrast to Cathy Kightley's negative review.
