Our Story
We, Wlado and Ivana Matjasko, have been operating Copper Kettle in Pakenham for over 21 years, bringing a taste of Europe to our patrons. Our journey in the hospitality industry began in Montreal, where we honed our skills at renowned establishments such as Escargots, Place Ville Marie, and The President Club. We later expanded to Ottawa, opening our first own restaurant, Bohemia Restaurant, which received rave reviews from The Citizen, En Route Magazine, and The New York Times.
