Reviews

Adult Assessment Disappointment

Regarding adult assessment: OAC made all kinds of promises and were eager to take my money to conduct an adult assessment (which is incredibly difficult to achieve in BC). The author waited four months for the assessment, which was supposed to happen last week. However, the psychologist suddenly cancelled the assessment due to alleged ethical concerns, without providing a clear explanation or alternative solutions. The author feels that this was not handled professionally and that OAC did not uphold their end of the agreement.

Positive Experience with Children's Assessment

Dr Welder and staff were very patient, empathetic, genuine, and thorough. The family felt supported and heard during their son's assessment process. The report was detailed and included clear, actionable recommendations.
