Reflections Counselling Services is a counselling practice dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their resiliency and strength. We believe that hope is a powerful force that can guide us towards a more fulfilling life. Our goal is to create a space where individuals can find the faith, courage, and support they need to rise after facing challenges.
Our practice is led by Jenn Ronald, a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Jenn is also a wife and mother to four young children, which keeps her grounded and connected to the realities of everyday life.
At Reflections Counselling Services, we view counselling as an opportunity for individuals to reconnect with their own strengths, skills, and competencies. We believe that problems have an infinite number of solutions, and we work collaboratively with our clients to develop strategies and solutions that fit their unique needs. Our core belief is that therapy should provide support, empowerment, and hope.
Our Counselling Services
We offer a range of counselling services for individuals aged 10 and up, including:
- Individual Counselling: In individual therapy, we work together in a one-to-one format to set goals and find solutions that fit your unique needs. Our approach is collaborative and person-centered, emphasizing your strengths, skills, and competencies. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments, including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, response-based therapy, and person-centered therapy.
- Career & Vocational Assessments: We offer career and vocational assessments to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and values and explore potential career paths.
- Adoption Counselling: We provide adoption counselling to support individuals and families through the adoption process.
- Home Studies: We offer home studies for families going through the adoption process.
- SAFE Home Studies: We provide SAFE home studies for families who are fostering or adopting children through the SAFE system.
