Negative Feedback
However, not all experiences with Gunnar have been positive. Two customers, Paul Jesse and Brandon Yzerman, have had negative experiences. Paul Jesse noted that no one was available at shipping and receiving, requiring him to run around to find someone. Brandon Yzerman highly recommends using another company, citing overpriced products and very poor customer service, especially from Chelsey Rogers and Greg Wiechold. He ordered a piece in November and it was finally installed yesterday, indicating potential issues with delivery times.
