Our Story

At NeuMovement Pilates and Physiotherapy, we are more than just a wellness community - we are a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping our clients achieve strong, precise, and comfortable movement within their bodies. Our journey began in 2005 with the opening of a Pilates studio in Salmon Arm, and since then, we have grown to become a comprehensive wellness center offering a range of services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, Pilates, kinesiology, and more.

Our mission is to help, heal, and inspire as many people as possible by integrating physiotherapy, Pilates, massage, and other movement modalities to holistically approach the body, mind, and spirit of every individual who walks through our doors. We believe that by raising your frequency, you will experience and move through life in a new way, energizing your soul and finding your movement.

Our Approach

We take a comprehensive approach to healing, combining manual therapy, movement education, and acupuncture to prevent and alleviate pain and enhance performance. Our ultimate goal is to assist our clients in achieving strong, precise, and comfortable movement within their bodies, and to make that change permanent.

Our Clinics

We have three clinics located in the Okanagan Valley, with two locations in Kelowna and one in Vernon. We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment where our clients can feel comfortable and supported as they work towards achieving their health and wellness goals.
