For those who wish to see and experience our furniture pieces in person, we invite them to visit our showroom in Beamsville, Ontario. Conveniently located just off the QEW, our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Here, our clients can explore the breadth and depth of our catalogue, from dining tables and chairs to chests, dressers, and accents. They can take in the exquisite detailing and craftsmanship of each piece, see and feel the quality of our materials, and get a true sense of how each piece will look in their home or office. Warning Signs of Poor Customer Service
Rebecca's review highlights a disastrous experience with the company. She purchased a console for $2166.78, which arrived with glue on it, was wobbly, and covered in scrap cardboard. When she contacted the sales representative, Todd, she was met with a dismissive attitude, being told that the issue wasn't "bad" and that she would receive a refund once they received the console back.
