• Waste Reduction: All wood waste is ground into sawdust for organic landfill ground cover, reducing our waste by 80%.
• Wood Finishes: We have developed our own water-based finishes, eliminating harmful chemicals and reducing VOC emissions by 80%, significantly cutting or even removing the health risks associated with finishes in the workplace and the home.
• Urea Formaldehyde: We source products with no added urea formaldehyde (NAUF) alternatives, significantly reducing emissions and promoting a healthier environment for both our staff and clients.
• Our Facility: Our manufacturing facility, built in 2012, adheres to strict energy-saving and emission-reducing standards. We incorporate energy-saving features such as T5 fluorescent and LED lighting, high-efficiency boilers, in-floor heat, and insulation that exceeds building code requirements. Our dust collection system filters and recirculates the air, while our compressed air system supplies air on demand, reducing energy consumption. Our paint department recirculates 80% of the paint department's air, promoting a cleaner and healthier workplace.
