Great Customer Service Experience
Many reviewers have had positive experiences with Apex Cycle, praising the knowledgeable and helpful staff, including Brian, Kevin D, and Dave C. These employees have gone above and beyond to assist with bike purchases and issues, making the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Service Issues and Poor Communication
Unfortunately, some reviewers have reported disappointing service experiences. Terry Frid bought a new Polaris ATV and encountered a strange noise, which the dealership initially dismissed as normal. After taking the ATV to another dealer, who diagnosed the issue and performed warranty work, Terry expressed disappointment with the lack of communication and support from Apex Cycle. Eddy Wiseman experienced issues with receiving his ordered parts, with one wire missing and the other delayed. Steve Goulet purchased a new KTM Duke 890R, only to find that the battery was not fully charged and the bike would not start. He was treated poorly by the dealership and ultimately had to replace the battery himself.
