Our Services

We specialize in a range of services, including resale residential inspections, new home inspections, 30 Day Tarion inspections, Year End Tarion inspections, and construction advice. Our comprehensive home inspections are designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of the condition of your property, including any defects found, approximate longevity of components, and approximate retail repair costs.

Our inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice set out by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and include a review of the property's structural systems, exterior, roof systems, plumbing system, electrical system, heating system, air conditioning system, interior, insulation/ventilation, and fireplaces/fuel-burning appliances.

What to Expect

During the inspection, our experienced inspectors will take the time to review and present to you a typed report outlining their findings. The report will include information on the condition of the property, any defects found, and recommendations for repair and maintenance. The report will also be available to be sent to you on the internet.

We understand that the inspection process can be lengthy, and we recommend that you dress for the weather, bring an umbrella, a camera, a tape recorder, and writing material. Please note that we ask that you do not bring children or pets to the inspection, as they may be bored during the process and may disturb your concentration.
