Our Mission

Inspector's Competence and Professionalism
The inspector, Mike from City Wide Home Inspectors, demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness during the inspection of the author's home for sale. He was on time, thorough, and accurately identified issues with the house's systems.
Conflicting Interests and Omissions
However, when the author hired Mike to inspect their new home, they were surprised to find that Mike had missed several significant issues, including:
- Light switches wired upside down
- Leaking outside spigot
- Malfunctioning sliding doors
- Windows and doors needing replacement
- Rotting skylight frame
- Inoperable irrigation system
- Missing light switches in certain rooms

The author suspects that Mike may have been influenced by his business relationship with the real estate broker, who referred him to the author, and may have prioritized the broker's interests over the author's. This raises concerns about conflicts of interest and the inspector's objectivity.
