Disorganization and Lack of Communication
Many reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with their experience with the Scarborough Blizzard's House League. The coaches seem to be unreliable, and parents are often left with minimal information about practice schedules, game days, and team dynamics. Several reviewers mentioned that the coaches were late or failed to show up to practices, and that there was no effective communication about the team's plans and schedules.
Quality of Coaching
Reviewers who had a positive experience with the league praised the coaching staff, with one reviewer mentioning that their child's coaches were excellent and helped the team win a championship. However, others had negative experiences with lazy or unenthusiastic coaches who seemed more interested in playing with their own children than in developing the skills of the players.
Unprofessional Behavior
Some reviewers accused the organizer, Michelle, of being rude and unprofessional, citing her lack of response to complaints and her reluctance to provide refunds. Another reviewer described her as "ignorant" and "rude".
