Darko, the company representative, is often commended for his clear communication, setting expectations, and follow-up.

Communication Issues
Not all reviews have been positive, however. One customer, Ana-Maria Critchley, was unhappy with the company's miscommunication and lack of follow-through. She felt that the crew did a good job on the spring cleanup, but failed to remove a shrub as agreed upon. Although the company's owner, Darko, assured her they would come back to complete the task, she eventually had to remove the shrub herself and was left frustrated.
Another customer, Effie, was also disappointed with the company's communication. She felt that the information exchanged to set up the service was not conveyed to the onsite crew, leading to unexpected costs and incomplete work. Effie recommended that customers make sure to get a maximum cost and exact services agreed to in advance.
