Buying at Luke's Auctions
The Niagara Region has become a popular retirement community over the past 20 years, and Luke's Auctions has had the privilege of handling quality and quantity within the community. Our auction process begins with preview and inspection of the merchandise. Clients can view and inspect the items in person on the day of the auction, and are required to register for a bid number to start the buying process. Preview pictures of future sales are available on our website, and final set-up pictures are taken the night prior to the auction. We encourage clients to listen carefully to the auctioneer for pertinent information on the items being sold.
Successful buyers are responsible for paying for their purchases plus buyer's premium and taxes on the day of the auction. All purchases must be removed within two days of the auction, and arrangements for delivery can be made. We accept cash, and all sales are final.
Selling at Luke's Auctions

We provide complimentary auction estimates for objects or goods for sale, reflecting the current auction prices for similar or like objects. Our team of experts handles fine art, antiques, estate effects, business asset liquidations, downsizing, and everything in between.
The auction estimate process starts with a phone call or an email. We provide a range of value placed on the object or goods for sale, reflecting the current market price. Our team does its best to achieve the best prices for our clients, and we take great care in handling and selling the merchandise.
At Luke's Auctions, we are proud to be the Niagara Peninsula's estate specialists. We have a comprehensive auction calendar, and we are always looking to add more merchandise to our upcoming online auctions. We welcome consignments from private individuals, estate executors, and professionals, and we are available by appointment to assist with the consignment process.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved auction cat, Dusty, who spent 24 years entertaining everyone at Luke's Auctions. Dusty was an integral part of our team, and he will be deeply missed.
