We have established policies to secure your appointment, protect our patients, and maintain peace of mind. Upon filling out your Initial Intake forms, we kindly ask for your acknowledgement of our Cancellation Policy and our Privacy of Information Policy.
We understand that your time is important, and we ensure that your reserved appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. We invite you to arrive early, sit, relax, and enjoy our lounge area, complete with complimentary beverages.
Our preferred method of payment is debit, cash, or e-transfer, but we do accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express) and direct billing. For your convenience, we accept most major insurance companies' direct billing information for payment. If your treatments are partially covered on your plan, there may still be a user fee. We directly bill and treat active ICBC, RCMP, and Veterans Affairs patients. A doctor's referral is not needed unless required by your insurance company.
