H&R Autobody was founded in 1991 by coworkers and friends, Hank and Rick. Through their dedication to providing outstanding customer service, they built a loyal clientele and established themselves as experts in the industry. In 2017, the company transitioned to become fully family-owned and operated by Rick and his son Andrew Smith. Today, we're proud to continue providing the same level of excellence and commitment to our customers.

Issues with One Customer
One customer, Voytek Urbanson, had a negative experience with H & R Auto Body Repair. He had some surface rust repairs done on his SAAB Turbo-X, but he was not satisfied with the work. The customer felt that the work was not done properly, as he noticed surface rust still present in some areas and also noticed sanding marks and orange peel on the paint. He was also disappointed that the rockers were not removed as requested. Despite the staff's offer to redo the work, the customer decided not to pursue further repairs due to the inconvenience of being without a vehicle.
