Honesty and Professionalism

The office staff was friendly and answered all questions promptly. Communication was outstanding, and the company was willing to help in every way possible. Although they ended up selling their home, A G Secure was professional and recommended by Karen B.
High Rent Prices and Bedbugs
Author Andrew M. rated the company 1 star due to unaffordable rent prices and a bedbug infestation in one of their apartments. The rent for a 2-bedroom apartment was between $1200 and $1500 monthly, making it impossible for low-income families to afford. Additionally, the company had a bedbug infestation in an apartment on 246 King Street, which needed to be decontaminated before viewing.
Poor Experience and Overbilling
Author H. F. also gave a 1-star rating due to a series of negative experiences. This included overbilling for work not done, allowing tenants to pay late and smoke indoors despite a ban, and not providing property statements. The company also failed to inspect the property regularly, resulting in disrepair, and allowed drug users to live in the property. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and the company did not follow up on tenant issues or complete comprehensive background checks.
