Our History
Bayshore Property Management Inc. (BPM) has been in business since 1983. We currently manage a diverse portfolio in South Central Ontario in excess of 5,000 units. Our clients include condominium corporations, non-profit housing corporations, residential properties, and commercial facilities. We strive to provide a personal approach to service excellence, and our team is multi-faceted and dedicated to providing a set of comprehensive real estate services.
