The overall experience at the dealership was positive, with several customers expressing satisfaction with the sales team, managers, and finance staff. Edgar, a sales representative, received praise for his efforts to ensure a smooth experience despite COVID-19 hiccups. Kal, another sales representative, was commended for his knowledge and assistance during the test drive and purchase process.
Edgar and Kal demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, with Edgar even texting the customer when he was off sick to ensure everything was going smoothly. Similarly, Jeff and Rod provided a great experience for their customer, making them feel like family and working hard to find their desired vehicle.
Ahmad was also praised for his knowledge and pleasant demeanor during the test drive. However, not all interactions were positive.
Transparency and Service Issues

There were discrepancies in the trade-in price of his vehicle, and the finance manager failed to explain the process and review the agreement thoroughly. Moe was also not contacted about a paint marker for a chip on his new vehicle as promised. He felt the car was overpriced, and his feedback was not adequately addressed.
