Overall Experience
Both reviewers, Ryan D. and Toni B., have had extremely negative experiences with the insurance broker, Josselin Weber. They have both given a rating of 1 star, with Ryan D. even stating that they would give zero stars if possible.
Issues with Service
The reviewers have reported a range of issues with the service provided by Josselin Weber. Ryan D. states that they have been "nothing but trouble" for seven years, and that they don't do anything they are supposed to do, leaving the customer to do all the work themselves. Toni B. has had similar experiences, including being left without insurance for over a month because Josselin Weber "forgot" to remind her of her renewal, and more recently, being told that she would have to do all the calling and emailing to process her claim herself.
Lack of Professionalism
Both reviewers have expressed shock and disappointment at the lack of professionalism displayed by Josselin Weber. Toni B. is particularly upset, given the broker's long history in the area, and has questioned how they are still in business.
