Nestled on the picturesque Trent River, just a short 2-hour drive northeast of Toronto and just outside Campbellford, lies Cole's Point Resort. This local family resort offers a wide array of activities for both kids and adults alike, from dances with live bands and DJs, to a Halloween Haunted House, Canada Day fireworks, dart tournaments, horseshoes, lawn darts, and fishing. With activities scheduled every weekend during the high season (Late June to Labour Day), there's something for everyone to enjoy at Cole's Point Resort!

Our Cottages

Experience tranquility in one of our 15 cozy cottages that overlook the Trent River. Each propane-heated cottage is equipped with:

  • Private washroom with shower facilities
  • A fully outfitted kitchen (electric range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, and flatware)

Please note that you will need to bring your own linens and towels. Our accommodations are rustic, comfortable, and affordable! With weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals and weekend rentals available out of season, we have a range of cottage sizes to suit your needs, from small two-bedroom cottages that sleep four, to our largest three-bedroom cottage that sleeps 11. We are proud to be a pet-friendly resort, so bring your cats and dogs along! Simply ensure you clean up after your pet, and all dogs must be leashed.

Boat & Docking Rates

Experience the beauty of the Trent River with our affordable boat and docking rates:

  • $15 per night for boats up to 20 feet
  • $20 per night for boats 21 to 25 feet
  • $25 per night for boats 26 feet and over
  • $10 per night for docking
