Our Services

Our psychoanalytic psychotherapy services are more flexible and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. We also provide assessment and supervision services to help clients and professionals navigate complex mental health issues.

Our Approach

Our approach to therapy is based on a psychoanalytic understanding that our patterns of experiencing the world often stubbornly persist, leading to emotional, functional or relationship difficulties. We believe that each person's experience is unique, and no two people share the same disposition or, indeed, the same symptom. In therapy, we work closely with our clients to identify particular constraints of patterns and habits, to enhance self-awareness, and to work towards positive change and personal growth.
