Our company is dedicated to providing comprehensive on-site and off-site auction services to our clients, with over 100 auctions hosted every year. With our complete auction services, you can have a successful and stress-free sale. From posting and advertising to the actual sale, our team has you covered.
Our auction house specializes in auctioning farm equipment, guns, construction supplies, and antiques, but with over 10,000 auctions under our belt, we have appraised and sold just about everything. You can trust us to handle your items with care and professionalism.
Auction Services
At McSherry Auction Service Ltd., we offer two options for holding an auction. Option One is to have a full sale on your site, which is the most common way of holding an auction. Option Two is to bring your items to our site, located at #12 Patterson Drive in Stonewall, MB. If you have no way of getting them there, we can even arrange for transportation.
Our team takes the setup of any sale seriously. We understand that the better the impression, the better the prices you can get for your items. That's why we discuss and diagram the setup of your sale at the time of booking, and provide full or partial staff for setup if needed.
On sale day, we provide 1-3 auctioneers and/or bid catchers, depending on the size of the sale. We ask that you have 3 family members or friends to help out during the auction. While our staff can handle the entire auction, shared responsibilities can bring your sale budget down.
Payment for auction can be approximately 75% - 90% on sale day, pending the size of the sale balance. After fees are deducted, the remaining payment will be mailed or delivered within 20-30 days. Our system ensures that you will never have to give a deposit prior to the sale.

Whether you have one item or 1000 items, we can handle it. Our team has over 5000 auctions experience, and we offer proxy bidding, 2 ring auction, button bidding, and more.
Our auctioneer, Stuart McSherry, has been in the auction business for over 26 years and is a graduate of the Auctioneering School of Canada. He specializes in construction, agricultural, estate, business closures, and gun auctions. Our team of professional auctioneers, office staff, clerks, ring men, and general labor staff is dedicated to making your sale a success.
At McSherry Auction Service Ltd., we understand the importance of timing when holding an auction. That's why we do our best to accommodate buyers and provide tried-and-tested ideas for setups.
