At Freedom Counselling, we understand that life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. OUR SERVICES

We offer a variety of counselling services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include low-cost counselling, individual counselling, couples counselling, family counselling, premarital counselling, youth counselling, CBT counselling, divorce counselling and mediation, and complimentary consultations. Our therapists are trained to work with individuals and couples experiencing a range of issues, including addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, communication problems, depression, disordered eating and body image, grief and loss, infidelity and affairs, LGBTQ2S+ issues, male and masculine issues, parenting challenges, sexual and relational issues, stress and burnout, and trauma and PTSD.

Our team includes Vern Ward, M.A., B.A., R.C.C., Dr. Calista Ward, M.D., M.A., R.C.C., and Jadon Ward, M.A., M.A., R.C.C., C.C.C. Each of our therapists has a unique approach and style, and we take the time to match clients with the therapist who best fits their needs and preferences.
