DEMA Industries Limited, established in 1966, has built a reputation as a leader in the design and manufacture of custom metal fabrications and metal spinning products in Canada. We have the capability to manufacture products from paper prints or electronic files, with value-added resources to assist our customers in the creation of drawings and CAD files in-house.

Engineering & Design

At DEMA Industries, we believe in providing superior product consultations to our clients. Our engineering software "Onshape" allows us to speed up design, which in turn accelerates time to market. We offer both design and technical consultations, and our team extends technical support for CAD modelling, CAM programming, and more. Our engineering team works closely with our customers from concept to production, ensuring that their needs and specifications are met.

Manufacturing Services

We are committed to the highest standard of customer service, and our product quality is reflected in our continual improvement to our manufacturing methods, equipment, and inspection procedures. We can assist with prototype development of first article parts when required, and our team of quality staff are able to offer useful advice in product design, or re-design existing products to make them more cost-effective while providing finished CAD drawings. Our manufacturing services include laser cutting, CNC punching, shearing, break forming, spot welding, TIG and MIG welding, milling, machining, metal spinning, assembly, hardware insertion and kitting, anodizing, silk screening, plating, and painting.
