Summer Camp Experience
Negative Experiences
Reviews from Kind Humble and Elizabeth Esther highlighted several issues with the summer camp experience. Kind Humble's review stated that the camp lacked organized activities, had minimal supervision, and allowed bullying among kids. The camp supervisors showed a lack of enthusiasm, and the reviewer's child did not receive a warm welcome. Elizabeth Esther's review mentioned that the upper management treats the staff poorly, resulting in high staff turnover, which can be inconsistent and rough for the kids.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Pr Anderson's review praised the professional staff, clean facilities, and varied menus. The reviewer was impressed by the staff's ability to accommodate their child's severe allergies, ensuring their safety. Although there was an issue with a young and immature supervisor, the reviewer commended the centre's decision to replace them.
Staff and Management
Reviews highlighted contrasting views on staff and management. Pr Anderson praised the staff's professionalism and the centre's treatment of employees, while Elizabeth Esther criticized the upper management's poor treatment of staff, leading to high turnover.
